What happens next, and all we need from you

After you approve the quote, we do the utility and tenant requests, and you just approve the report.

  • The building address and gross floor area (including covered parking), plus your state Building ID if you have one
  • Access to the building's ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager property, or your OK for us to create one
  • Utility account numbers, or a signed authorization so we can request the data
  • If tenants pay their own bills: a tenant contact list (we send the data requests)
  • Your approval of the report before we file it
